During the consultation, you will receive dietary advice and, if necessary, daily breathing exercises tailored to your specific condition.

After your consultation, you may be prescribed one or two types of nutritional supplements, which should be taken monthly or every six weeks.

If you are consulting an Amchi or taking any Tibetan herbal supplements, we strongly encourage you to continue with your regular Western medical treatments and routine check-ups with your general practitioner or primary care doctor. Consulting Tibetan medicine does not mean you should stop taking your prescribed Western medications.
