Tibetan medicine wisdom for everyday wellness


The fundamental wisdom of Tibetan Medicine is to keep the balance between three energies to maintain a healthy life. In this workshop, you will learn how to keep the energies balanced and stabilize between the mind and body to keep yourself free from suffering. This is mainly by focusing on a healthy diet and daily lifestyle.
Some important pressure points, breathing exercises and mental health advices will be explained as well.

Workshop 2.
Cultivating emotional balance and healthy living


In Tibetan Medicine, emotions are divided into two chapters:
1. Beneficial, positive and non-destructive emotions
2. Adverse, negative and harmful/destructive emotions
In this workshop you can learn to deal with negative emotions through mind training, breathing exercises and by using some key pressure points to open the blocked channels.
