This one-day workshop introduces practical methods to support this balance through dietary guidance, daily lifestyle habits, breathing exercises, selected pressure points, and approaches to mental well-being. All practices are designed for easy application in everyday life.

Healthy Mind, Healthy Life: The Power of' Emotional Balance


In Tibetan Medicine, emotions are classified into two main categories: beneficial emotions, which support mental and physical well-being, and adverse emotions, which are harmful and disrupt the body's natural balance.
This workshop introduces practical Tibetan Medicine approaches to managing negative emotions through mind training, breathing techniques, and key acupressure points.
Participants will learn how to release blocked energy channels, restore emotional balance, and support healthy living.
